    Century, Inc., a leading precision manufacturing company in Traverse City, MI, is seeking a Product Line Specialist to manage orders and provide customer service in our machining division.

    Responsibilities

    • Enter Customer orders into ERP and sales system
    • Communicate with Customers and Century team members
    • Work with Production on scheduling needs

    Qualifications

    The successful candidate will be:

    • Dedicated to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
    • Self-disciplined to be highly accurate while completing repetitive procedures and routines supported by established guidelines
    • Able to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Comfortable and experienced communicating with both coworkers and customers

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment including order processing and/or customer service
    • Knowledge of ERP system and Salesforce CRM system
    • Excellent communication and organization skills

    A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Manufacturing or related field is preferred, but not required. Applicants with equivalent education and experience will be considered.
